Your sign-up answers (name, email, language, preferences, the three short questions, optional birth details), your WhatsApp number, the messages you send to Inwardly, how you feel each morning, and how each practice landed.

Only to choose and send your daily practice, and to email you when your spot on the waitlist opens. If you ticked the optional news box, we also email you occasional news about Inwardly (launches, new features), with an unsubscribe link in every email; we never use your email for anything else. If you ticked the research box, we also look at anonymous patterns across everyone to improve Inwardly. If you ticked invitations, we may email you up to one invitation a week to classes, workshops and retreats, from Rodrigo and, later, from other practitioners; we send them ourselves and never give your email to anyone.

How your body feels and your spiritual preferences can count as sensitive data. We only process them with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Inwardly is made with AI. Short parts of your messages are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to write your opener. It is not therapy or medical advice.

Meta (WhatsApp), Supabase (database, EU region), Render (hosting, EU region), an email service (Resend or Google Gmail, to send the waitlist and news emails) and Anthropic (AI). We never sell your data or share your individual answers.

While your account is active. If you join the waitlist and your spot is not opened within 12 months, we erase your entry. If you ticked the news or invitations box, we keep your email for those emails until you unsubscribe. Text DELETE and we erase everything immediately.

It is optional and separate from using Inwardly: you can use Inwardly without it. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of those emails, or by writing to retamarrodrigo@gmail.com, and we will remove you.

Text DELETE to Inwardly on WhatsApp and everything we hold about you is erased at once. You can also email retamarrodrigo@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we will erase it within 30 days.

Text MY DATA to see what we keep, DELETE to erase it, or write to retamarrodrigo@gmail.com for access, correction, portability or objection. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Tus respuestas del registro (nombre, email, idioma, preferencias, las tres preguntas cortas, datos de nacimiento opcionales), tu número de WhatsApp, los mensajes que envías a Inwardly, cómo te sientes cada mañana y cómo te fue con cada práctica.

Solo para elegir y enviarte tu práctica diaria, y para escribirte por email cuando se abra tu lugar en la lista de espera. Si marcaste la casilla opcional de novedades, también te escribimos de vez en cuando con novedades de Inwardly (lanzamientos, mejoras), con un enlace para darte de baja en cada email; nunca usamos tu email para otra cosa. Si marcaste la casilla de investigación, también miramos patrones anónimos de todas las personas para mejorar Inwardly. Si marcaste invitaciones, podemos escribirte por email como máximo una invitación por semana a clases, talleres y retiros, de Rodrigo y, más adelante, de otros profesionales; las enviamos nosotros y nunca damos tu email a nadie.

Cómo se siente tu cuerpo y tus preferencias espirituales pueden ser datos sensibles. Solo los tratamos con tu consentimiento explícito, que puedes retirar cuando quieras.

Inwardly funciona con IA. Partes breves de tus mensajes las procesa nuestro proveedor de IA (Anthropic) para escribir tu mensaje. No es terapia ni consejo médico.

Mientras tu cuenta esté activa. Si te apuntas a la lista de espera y tu lugar no se abre en 12 meses, eliminamos tu registro. Si marcaste la casilla de novedades o de invitaciones, guardamos tu email para esos emails hasta que te des de baja. Escribe BORRAR y lo eliminamos todo al instante.

Es opcional y independiente de usar Inwardly: puedes usar Inwardly sin ello. Puedes darte de baja cuando quieras con el enlace de cualquiera de esos emails, o escribiendo a retamarrodrigo@gmail.com, y te eliminamos.

Escribe BORRAR a Inwardly en WhatsApp y eliminamos al instante todo lo que guardamos sobre ti. También puedes escribir a retamarrodrigo@gmail.com con el asunto "Borrar mis datos" y lo eliminaremos en un máximo de 30 días.

Escribe MIS DATOS para ver lo que guardamos, BORRAR para eliminarlo, o escribe a retamarrodrigo@gmail.com para acceso, rectificación, portabilidad u oposición. También puedes reclamar ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país.
